Terms and Conditions

Since all of our products are custom made, we only offer returns for defective products.  Returns of defective product must be initiated within 45 days of shipment.  To initiate a return, email sales@sandpaperamerica.com with your order number and reason for requesting a return.  Once the return is approved, the customer is responsible to ship the product to our warehouse at 1728 E. New York Street, Indianapolis, IN  46201.  A restocking fee of 15% or $25.00, whichever is greater, may apply unless Sandpaper America has been determined to be at fault.  Once the product has been received and processed, the customer's payment will be refunded in the form it was received.

All website orders are paid via credit card at time the order is submitted.  For most other orders (not online), the terms are Net 30. Any invoice which is not paid within 45 days will be considered delinquent and therefore subject to interest charges, and any additional in-house orders will be put on hold until all past due invoices have been paid in full.

Due to the nature of manufacturing, Sandpaper America reserves the right to over- or under-ship each item quantity by up to 10% unless exact quantities are specified at the time of ordering.

Since our products are custom made, customers who wish to cancel their order must do so before we have started working on it.  After work has started, a 15% surcharge will apply.  Funds will be refunded in the form it was received.

All products available on the web site for purchase can be shipped to any state in the Continental U.S. (which excludes Hawaii and Alaska)

We offer the following shipping options:

• Free In Store Pickup
• $12 Flat Rate Shipping: Available for all orders less than $600 except Wide Belts. $25 Flat Rate Shipping for Wide Belt Orders.
• Free Shipping:  Available for all orders over $600

Orders usually ship within approximately 1 week of payment being received.  Customer will receive a UPS tracking code via email as soon as their order is shipped.
